Some of the biggest complaints we’ve heard from customers in recent years revolved around account management, so we resolved to address that.
After conducting an extensive review of some of the best account management experiences, we designed an new interface to address our shortcomings. We continued testing and iterating to improve the final designs.
The account management front grouped content into cards: billing info, subscription management, payment type, etc, so that it is easy for customers to find the information they’re looking for quickly and easily.
We also introduced new functionality, such as the ability for customers to update their payment info, report print delivery issues, or stop delivery for vacations.
