Overview

This initiative simplified the reservation process for guests booking connecting rooms.

Objective

The goal was to create a seamless checkout experience across web and mobile, reducing confusion and helping guests complete multi-room reservations with confidence.

My Role

My work involved establishing the visual connection, so that they would know which rooms were connected. I opted to use both an icon and text, to make sure it was accessible. I also added rules to imply a doorway.

Outcome

The redesigned checkout experience improves clarity for connecting room bookings.
